2011 Mission teams together in Haiti

missionABLAZE mission trips are hosted by Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Palatine, IL and a part of Blaze Student Ministry. These mission trips encourage high school students and adults to use their gifts in service God and others. Prince of Peace has been leading students and adults in mission since 2003.

missionABLAZE mission trips hope to help student or adult to realize the gifts God has blessed them with and to use them to His glory. Along each journey, many wonderful relationships are formed with both those on the team and with those we serve.

Both students and adults will be challenged to move outside of their comfort zone in order to see the greater needs of others around them. The evening devotions and debriefing time each night is as important in the process as the work itself. Each missoin trip is unique, even if we have served there in the past.

Each year, a US-based (domestic) mission trip is offered. We are also serving each year in Haiti and we have developed many good friends there.

missionABLAZE mission trips are led by trained, experienced mission trip leaders who have served on many mission trips in the past. Trips in the past have taken our teams to various US locations including:
