Information MeetingINFORMATION AND PREP MEETINGS

INFORMATION MEETINGS
Usually held in January each year, the first information meeting of the year is designed to give all students, parents, and interested trip leaders the details about our upcoming mission trips. There is never any obligation to attend a mission trip, but you'll want to go to get all the details and have your questions answered.

Additional information meetings are often held after the registration deadline and before the mission trips to pass on additional information to parents and students.

PREP MEETINGS
The Prep Meetings are a very important part of the mission trip experience. These gatherings prepare the students and adult leaders for the work they are going to do together. Students and leaders will eat together and participate in a variety of group building experiences. We learn more about each other at these meetings and slowly become a team, ready to serve!
